J.K. Spinning Mills Limited has an enviable business history of more than six decades when the group started its business in the fertile and industrial city of Faisalabad, formerly known as Lyallpur. The business roots of sponsor directors go deeper than a century. J.K. Group of Companies started in its present form in 1975 as a textile exporter and trader. 

A small venture that began six decades ago as a textile trading company that has grown into a major business house with its interests in spinning, fabric and agriculture farms. The group can be easily divided into four sections namely yarn, fabric, power and agriculture.
